The experience of watching a bad movie in a worst theatre could be really dreadful! I experienced this last friday, when I went to watch this one at Symphony theatre (Bangalore).I am not really a 'Bond' fan, but, the kind of hype this movie produced in recent times, created an artificial avidness in me to see this flick!
For starters, this is not your _regular_ bond movie at all. The movie starts off with a bang! cool acrobatic stunts in a chase sequence that brings you to the edge of your seat. Once that's over, the movie changes its course from being a bond movie to 'Discovery Channel: Poker Championship" programme! with lots of 'intervals' in between!...no commericial Ads though! :)
Nothing 'hitech' about this movie. No cool gadgets at all...(man, what a let down)...
Daniel Craig - No charm or charisma in this man...just another guy. Poor thing, he gets beaten by _every_one_ in the movie. Sean connery and Pierce brosnan must be aching inside!. But, I should admit that he had tried hard to justify the roll...but, with no luck!
Women in the movie - well, not so captivating...Eva green....naaa...
Overall, a flop show! Big time flop show!
Feel free to sleep during the movie, no one would blame you for it!
(a pillow would come in handy!)
Notes to self:
1) Symphony is HELL.
2) Think well before going to a movie without reading 3 or 4 reviews!
3) Movie Ads/Previews can be highly misleading!
4) Read (1).

Agree and disgree with you....
I think for me Pierce Brosnan is THE BOND - cant accept anyone else in his place. And Daniel Craig is not charismatic enough to change that....
Symphony is not HELL - thatz the place where you will have loads of fun. Many a times people refuse to "stand up" to let others pass. I have had great fun jumping from the row behind to my seats; then the mad rush to get into the lift; the 0 degree temperature that they maintain - which other theatre provides such "wholesome entertainment"?
