The Art of the Start!

Yesterday, I got a chance to listen to Guy Kawasaki's talk through Google Video

It was a clean, simple and useful presentation.

Here are some key points that I noted:
1) Think different. Create something that is 10 times better...not just 10% better!
2) Your customers are having your money...see how you can take your money from their pockets! (cool thought :))
3) Create a unique product that would be of great value to the customers.
4) The 10/20/30 rule for presentation (See the video to know what it is!)
5) Flattern the learning curve.
6) Don't ask people to do something that you wouldn't.
